The goods are ready for shipping within 1-2 days and are shipped from Europe via DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy that begins when the order is received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the condition in which you received it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. If the item is defective or damaged, we will assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain products cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards, cigars, or spirits.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
