Right of Withdrawal for Consumers 
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or independent professional activity.)

Instructions on the Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is one month from the day,

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ( Il Padrino c/o Amigos Of Mercy Ltd, Hong Kong Tel: +852 8193 2332, Email: contact(at)amigosofmercy.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website (www.ilpadrino.vip). If you use this option, we will immediately send you confirmation (e.g. by email) that we have received your withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract . The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if that diminished value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion and Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is determined by an individual selection or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs;
- for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed when the contract was concluded, but that can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the trader has no control;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

- for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal was removed after delivery.
